Shipping

We ship across the United States. Orders are packed with care and usually leave our facility within one to two business days. Standard shipping is a flat $6.95, and it is free on orders over $95. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & exchanges

If something is not right, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To start a return, email support@solidactivesgoods.store with your order number and we will send instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within seven days and we will make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within a few business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional several days to appear on your statement.
