Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

How much is shipping?

A flat $6.95, free over $95. Orders usually ship within one to two business days with tracking.

What is your return policy?

Unused items may be returned within 30 days for a refund. See Shipping & Returns for the details.

How will the charge appear on my statement?

Your card statement will read SOLIDACTIVES GOODS.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

We stand behind everything we sell. If a piece fails through normal use in a way that is not ordinary wear, write us and we will make it right.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If your order has not shipped yet, email us quickly at support@solidactivesgoods.store and we will do our best to catch it.
